Eddig azt hittem, csak az állam szükségességét eleve kétségbe vonó anarchisták, Franz Kafka és Demján Sándor rémálmaiban létezik az a gigantikus bürokrácia, amit minap az oktatási minisztériumban magam is megtapasztalhattam. Történt, hogy egy laza kis interjúra érkeztünk a tárca államtitkárához, akinek hivatala egy egész csinos kis “sarokbástyát” foglal el a nagy és csúnya Szalay utcai épületben. Belépve úgy érzi magát az ember, mintha egy madárházban lenne. Szoba szoba hátán, és bennük emberek, akik ki-be szaladgálnak, nevetgélnek, kávézgatnak nagy tömegben. Egyszer csak megjelenik két takarítónő is, kezükben (illetve vállukon) egy nagy szőnyeggel. Kiderül, az egyik irodába hozták, mert — ahogy a magyarázat hangzik — még mindig nem fejeződött be a költözködés. (Megjegyzés: az oktatási és a kulturális minisztérium összevonása kb. fél éve történt.) Egész csinos kis udvartartás egy államtitkárnak. De mi lehet akkor a miniszter körül???

Valóban kétségbeejtően nagy a magyar állam (ha jól tudom a GDP 60%-át osztja újra). A román pedig friss számadat szerint 29%, jövőre 35%-t jósolnak a http://penz.transindex.ro/?cikk=5022 szerint.

Az újraelosztás jövedelmi, vagy korcsoportok között történik, így ez a számadat gyakorlatilag semmit sem árul el a bürokrácia kiterjedtségéről. Az újraelosztás mértéke rávilágíthat mondjuk a jólétiség fokára, de ehhez persze azt is tudni kell, hogy kiktől kikhez kerülnek a jövedelmek (hiszen ebbe az is beleszámítana, ha egy milliárdostól egy többszörös milliomoshoz csoportosítanának át azt).
